I’ve been where you are

I’ve dealt with just about every injury you can get from training. Knees, hips, back. I spent years either pushing through pain or sitting out and watching myself get weaker.

What finally worked wasn’t rest and it wasn’t stretching harder. It was rebuilding things in the right order: getting the joint stable, then getting the range back, then getting strong in that new range.

I fixed my own body doing this. These programs are the exact process, laid out so you don’t have to guess your way through it like I did.

Where this comes from

For the past three years I’ve worked as a player development coach with NBA players, where keeping athletes moving well isn’t optional, it’s the job. I’m NASM certified, and I’ve spent 10+ years training and testing all of this on myself, through every bad version of it before I found what actually worked.

I also have a bachelor’s in psychology, which matters more than it sounds. The hardest part of getting out of pain isn’t knowing what to do. It’s doing it consistently when it stops feeling new. That’s why these programs are built around 10-minute sessions you can actually keep doing, not 45-minute routines you’ll quit in two weeks.
